Platform45 will proudly be sponsoring and hosting a Global Day of Coderetreat on 16 November 2019. You can read more about the Global event by visiting

The event will be hosted in the fantastic new Platform45 office space in WeWork Rosebank and will include snacks and drinks throughout the day.

If you are unfamiliar with Coderetreats, these are full-day events for intermediate/experienced programmers to get together and learn about TDD (Test Driven Development), pair-programming, new programming techniques and about learning/collaboration in general.

Numbers for the event are limited, so if you have indicated that you will be attending and your circumstances change, please update your RSVP to make room for someone else that can attend.

The event is entirely voluntary and opt-in, and we will periodically send out group-announcements for attendees attention before the event itself (no marketing spam, promise!).

What you need to bring:
- Laptop with IDE / Programming Language Setup
- Read up on TDD (Test Driven Development)
- An open mind, willingness to learn & share

Please note that familiarity with programming is a basic building-block for not "getting lost" and for having an enjoyable experience at the Coderetreat, although people who are eager to learn and share out-of-the-box ideas will also find this event exciting and fun.

Dress Code
Whatever you are comfortable in, as long as you can't get arrested for public indecency.

Full lunch and snacks will be provided. If you have specific dietary requirements, please get in touch with the organizers.

End Time
The event should end roughly between 4 and 5 PM, and the facilitators will do their best not to go over that time.
