Automation is reshaping careers across every industry — software, finance, media, logistics, even law. But there's still certain category of work that algorithms, robots, and language models cannot replace: fixing things in the physical world. A leaky tap. A broken door hinge. A faulty light fitting. A cracked tile. These will always need human hands, human judgement, and human trust.

Welcome to the very first Coffee & Hammer session — the kickoff of a 5-month community learning program exploring what an AI-proof practical-skills business ecosystem looks like in Singapore and the wider region.

This isn't a sales pitch session. It's not a recruitment drive. It's a community learning space where we ask real questions: How do we future-proof trades careers in the age of AI? How do we create more opportunities for women in practical service businesses — not just as tradespeople, but as marketers, project managers, customer experience leads, and business developers? How can solo-handymen grow stronger together through collaboration instead of competition? And how can property operators, digital marketers, financial advisors, and career-switchers all find meaningful roles in a growing practical-skills ecosystem?

Our inaugural session will focus on ecosystem mapping and knowing each other —helping participants connect with common growth values, synergies, skills exchange, and peer-to-peer support and collaborative models.

Coffee and refreshments on us; ideas and sharing by everyone.

Due to venue capacity limitation for maximum of 30 pax, do RSVP early. See you!
