We'll meet in Oceanside Harbor to discuss sourdough and seafood. Please show up with at least one sourdough or seafood meal success story. and one disaster. Everyone has stories to share, and feel free to bring pictures, or props! I'd love to see everyone's most used, well-loved kitchen utensil. I will talk as much as you want, about my lobster bisque pizza that recently placed 18th out of 110 at the International Pizza Challenge in Las Vegas. I'll share how it's made, and what it's like to create on stage, in front of a live audience, a pizza that you've never made before. And of course we'll be drinking excellent coffee, while overlooking the harbor, where I've caught many lobsters through the years.
