Welcome to Coffee Shop Sketches and Good Company. This group is for anyone who enjoys the simple pleasure of sitting down with a sketchbook, a cup of coffee, and a bit of focus. Whether you are a practiced artist, a casual doodler, or someone just looking for an excuse to get out of the house and be creative, you are welcome here. There is no pressure to produce a masterpiece; the goal is simply to spend some time drawing in the company of others who appreciate the process.
Our meetups are low-key and informal. We pick a local coffee shop, grab a table, and spend an hour or so working on our own projects. It is a nice way to dedicate time to your sketchbook while enjoying a change of scenery and some light conversation. If you have been looking for a reason to draw more often or you just want to meet some fellow creative people in the neighborhood, we would love to have you join us.
