Welcome to the Coffee/Tea, Meet and Greet Meetup group:)
Hello!
This group is a non professional, easy going and friendly meetup for females who want to pop down to say hi, maybe meet a good acquaintance, and without being too o.t.t maybe find a friend. Which these days, in this time and economy is hard. Meeting genuine people, no fakery or pretentiousness is hard. I should know ive been to many meetups over 76years and have run groups. What i found to be the same pattern was the genuine friendliness was missing. Maybe i live in the wrong state (Melbourne) but genuine friendliness has been lost for years now.
The aim of this group is to invite females who love coffee or tea, would like to meet a fellow acquaintance and feel good about it and exchange details. I'm all about quality over quantity, so if you pop down and you only connect with one person and smile that's all that matters.
There are no set rules either. This is not a girly group where we all sit down and you're forced to remain seated for the duration of the meetup. You can go for a walk, leave early, talk to someone else (take them aside) to chat etc. Life is hard enough without feeling you're coming to a meetup to be forced to stay the whole time. Please feel at ease, do as you please:)
