# Coffee Passport #2 | Nordic Edition × Åter Tokyo

Travel the world through coffee, without leaving Tokyo. ☕️
Every cup of coffee tells a story about the history, culture, and everyday life of a place.
Coffee Passport explores coffee cultures around the world through tasting and storytelling.
This time, we're heading to Denmark, Sweden, and Norway!
Coffee Culture Guide Toyo will share photos and stories from the cafés, roasteries, and people she encountered during her Nordic travels.
In collaboration with Åter Tokyo, a Swedish café in Tokyo, we'll experience Fika — the Swedish tradition of enjoying coffee and pastries — followed by a cupping session featuring Nordic roasters and coffees Toyo brought back from her trip.
Join us for a little journey through Nordic coffee culture!
No coffee expertise needed. Solo participants are very welcome.

Toyo | Coffee Culture Guide
Based in Tokyo, Toyo hosts Tokyo Coffee Tour, introducing international visitors to specialty coffee, Japanese kissaten culture, and the city's history.
She has traveled to 31 countries and visited over 1,000 coffee shops worldwide. Through her research, she creates tours and events exploring coffee cultures in Japan and around the world.

# Coffee Passport #2｜北欧編 × Åter Tokyo

東京にいながら、世界のコーヒーを旅しよう。☕️
一杯のコーヒーには、その土地の歴史や文化、人々の暮らしが映っています。
Coffee Passportは、世界各地のコーヒーを味わいながら、その街で育まれたコーヒーカルチャーを知るイベントです。
今回のテーマは、デンマーク・スウェーデン・ノルウェーの北欧3カ国。
コーヒーカルチャーガイドのToyoが、北欧を旅して出会ったカフェやロースター、人々とのエピソードを写真とともにご紹介します。
今回は、スウェーデンカフェ Åter Tokyo とのコラボレーション。スウェーデンの習慣「Fika（フィーカ）」を体験しながら、北欧のコーヒー文化に触れます。後半には、北欧ロースターのコーヒーやToyoが現地で購入したコーヒーを使ったカッピングセッションも開催予定です。
コーヒーを通して、北欧の文化をめぐる小さな旅へ出かけましょう！
専門知識は必要ありません。お一人での参加も歓迎です。
