SUPERMEETUP: Coffee and Edinburgh Xmas markets (meet @ Kaffateria) ☕🎄🌃

We're well into the festive season right now and to help us get in the festive mood, for this supermeetup we'll meet up at Kaffateria to get a coffee or two before heading to the Edinburgh Christmas markets in Princes Street gardens.

So if you fancy sampling some delicious food and drink from the markets and soaking up the Christmas vibes with friendly people, come along! 🎄🛍🥨🌃☕

ℹ Important information about this meetup: ℹ

1. We plan to take a train from Glasgow Queen Street, train time to be shared 1-2 days before the meetup in meetup comments. Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time. If you want to make your own way to the Xmas Markets, please DM the meetup host to coordinate where and when to meet in Edinburgh.
2. This meetup is weather permitting which means either the meetup can change/be cancelled depending upon the weather. You will be notified of any changes as soon as it is known.
3. Meeting up for coffee before getting the train is optional. If you want to attend only the markets, DM the meetup host to coordinate where and when to meet up in Edinburgh.
4. The meetup officially ends at 6pm but you are welcome to leave the markets earlier or later than this.

⚠️Please read the following T&Cs for this meetup before RSVPing:⚠️

1. Plans changed? Change your RSVP ASAP to "not going" - if you have issues changing your RSVP, DM the meetup host(s). You can change your RSVP without further explanation until the day before the meetup happens (Friday). If you change your RSVP on the day of the meetup (Saturday), we will require a valid unforeseeable reason for the last minute change. DM the meetup host with your reason and this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. You will be marked as a "no show" if you don't attend and fail to change your RSVP/communicate with the meetup hosts of your absence.
3. You will also be marked as a "no show" if you don't attend and change your RSVP on the day of the meetup without providing a valid unforeseeable reason for the last minute change. OR if your provided reason is deemed foreseeable (e.g. forgot about the meetup, no longer interested, meetup time unsuitable for yourself, choosing other pre-arranged plans instead, etc.) Details of our revised no show rule can be found in the group's "What we're about" section on our main page.
