NEWBIES MEETUP - coffee, chat and make friends @ Kaffateria ☕

⚠️ This meetup is only for members who have attended 0-2 meetups with Coffee Connections. If you've been to more than 2 meetups since joining the Coffee Connections group please feel free to RSVP to one of our other meetups instead. ⚠️

To help build our community and meet increasing demand, we're going to give those who are new/have been unable to join because of our meetups being fully booked, an opportunity to try out the Coffee Connections experience. ☕

This Sunday we are going to Kaffateria located just a few steps across from Queen Street station. We'll have for a coffee, maybe a bite to eat and of course a natter with friendly, cheerful souls. If the weather is ok, we may also go out for a walk to stretch the legs towards the end of the meetup. We can decide on the day. 🙂

⚠️Before RSVPing please read the following T&Cs for this meetup:⚠️

1. Only RSVP if you attended 2 or less meetups with Coffee Connections. (If you RSVP but attended more than 2 of our meetups, you'll be moved to the "not going" list and a DM will be sent requesting you not to attend. If you ignore the DM and attend the meetup, you'll be asked to leave and may even be removed from the Coffee Connections group).
2. Plans changed? Change your RSVP ASAP to "not going". This will free up space for those who can and want to go. If you have issues changing your RSVP, DM the meetup host(s) and we'll do this for you. You can change your RSVP without further explanation until 11:59pm on the day before the meetup. (Saturday 24/01/2026)
3. If you change your RSVP on the day of the meetup (Sunday), you will also need to DM the meetup host(s) telling us why you can't make it at the last minute - we don't need many details and it will be treated in the strictest confidence - we will review these on a case-by-case basis.
4. You'll be marked as a "no show" if you don't attend and fail to change your RSVP/communicate with the meetup hosts of your absence.
5. You will also be marked as a "no show" if you don't attend and you don't DM the hosts on the day of the meetup about your last minute RSVP change. OR if your reason for the last minute change is deemed foreseeable (e.g. forgot about the meetup, no longer interested, meetup time unsuitable for yourself, choosing other pre-arranged plans instead, etc.) Details of our revised no show rule can be found in the group's "What we're about" section on our main page.
