📝 MEETUP DETAILS

📅⌚Date and time: Sunday 30/08/2026, 12:00 - 15:00

📍Location: Bridgeton Rail Station
📃 The plan: Meet at Bridgeton Rail Station then we'll head to a nearby cafe for a quick cuppa before walking to the GVT to visit the Scotties in the City farewell event during the afternoon session from 1pm. If you have seen one of 92 dotted around Glasgow, and especially if you joined any of the recent related Glasgow Young Walker meetups, you'll know what they are. If you don't - more info here. This will be the last opportunity to see them before they are auctioned off for charity.

❕This is a ticketed event - please buy your ticket before you RSVP otherwise you will be moved to the "not going" list.
❕Plans changed? Change your RSVP by 11:59pm on Saturday 29/08/2026.
❕Need to cancel on the day due to an unforeseen reason? Send a quick DM to the meetup host ASAP. We appreciate clear, honest communication not flaking or ghosting. No cancellation DM? You could be marked as a "no show" (see no show rule below).
❕Running late? DM the meetup host ASAP

⚠️ MEETUP RULES: NO SHOW RULE⚠️

You will be marked as a "no show" if:

❌ You don't attend AND do not change your RSVP to not going before 11:59pm on Saturday 29/08/2026.
❌ You change your RSVP on the day WITHOUT the on the day cancellation DM to the meetup host.
❗ Remember: 3 no shows in a 12 month period = can lead to being permanently removed from Coffee Connections.
❕ Avoid being a no show by following the rules above and we'll greatly appreciate this! 😊
