📝 MEETUP DETAILS

• 📅⌚Date and time: Sunday 20/09/2026, 10:00-16:00
• 📍Location: The Bucket List Cafe, 59 Cambridge Street
• 📃 The plan: We'll be visiting three venues during the final day of this year's Glasgow Doors Open Day: Let's first meet at The Bucket List Café for a quick cup of coffee, then walk to the Glasgow Film Theatre (GFT) for a guided tour from 10:30am. We'll then head over to Ottoman Coffeehouse for a guided tour and hopefully some coffee and food for around 11:30am; once done we'll head to Govan's Fairfield Heritage Museum to learn more about it's part in Glasgow history and the Scottish shipbuilding industry from around 2pm.
• 🤔 What else? Attending all three venues is not compulsory but if you are only planning to attend one/two of these venues, please make clear which ones when you RSVP so we know when to expect your arrival and departure. Please note the arrival times above are only indicative and are subject to change - any more info/updates needing to be shared will be provided in the meetup comments/event chat. To ensure we have better prospects of being accommodated in the venues, especially for seating, this meetup size has been restricted to a maximum of 9.

• ❕Plans changed? Change your RSVP by 11:59pm on Saturday 19/09/2026.
• ❕Need to cancel on the day due to an unforeseen reason? Send a quick DM to the meetup host ASAP. We appreciate clear, honest communication not flaking or ghosting. No cancellation DM? You could be marked as a "no show" (see no show rule below).
• ❕Running late? Let the host know via DM or in the event chat so you arrival can be coordinated;
• ❕All Coffee Connections group rules can be found in the "About Us" section on our main page.

⚠️ MEETUP RULES: NO SHOW RULE⚠️

You will be marked as a "no show" if:

• ❌ You don't attend AND do not change your RSVP to not going before 11:59pm on Saturday 19/09/2026.
• ❌ You change your RSVP on the day WITHOUT the on the day cancellation DM to the meetup host.
• ❌ Your reason for that on the day cancellation is deemed foreseeable. For example: Simply no longer interested, forgot about the meetup, choosing alternative plans, etc.
• ❗ Remember: 3 no shows in a 12 month period = can lead to being permanently removed from Coffee Connections.
• ❕ Avoid being a no show by following the rules above and we'll greatly appreciate this! 😊
