# ☕ Escape the City for a Hidden Coffee Journey
Looking for a day beyond Tokyo's usual tourist spots?
Join us for a unique countryside experience in Uenohara, Yamanashi, a charming town just one hour from Tokyo, where nature, history, and local life come together.
The highlight of the day is an exclusive coffee roasting workshop at Misoca Coffee, a shared roastery inside a beautifully restored 300-year-old traditional Japanese farmhouse. Using the professional Aillio Bullet R1 V2 roaster, you'll roast your own specialty coffee, enjoy a guided tasting, and take your freshly roasted beans home.
We'll also explore the town on foot, enjoy local cuisine, discover hidden spots, and experience a slower side of Japan that most visitors never see.
This is more than a coffee workshop—it's a chance to experience authentic rural Japan with fellow coffee lovers, travelers, and locals.
✨ Solo participants are always welcome! No coffee experience is required.

## Tentative Schedule
9:50 AM – Meet at Uenohara Station
10:00 AM – Explore the town (approx. 3 km walk)
11:00 AM – Lunch at a local restaurant
1:00 PM – Coffee roasting workshop
3:00 PM – Coffee tasting & finish
3:30 PM – Satoyama walk
5:00 PM – Return to Uenohara Station
If time allows, we'll stop by a local supermarket for regional souvenirs.

いつもの東京を少し離れて、まだ知らない日本に出会ってみませんか？
東京から約1時間、山梨県・上野原は、豊かな自然と歴史ある街並みが残る、どこか懐かしく心が落ち着く町です。
今回訪れるのは、築300年の古民家を活用したシェアロースタリー「三十日珈琲」。世界中のロースターから支持されるAillio Bullet R1 V2を使い、自分だけのスペシャルティコーヒーを焙煎します。焙煎後は淹れたてのコーヒーを味わい、焙煎した豆はお土産としてお持ち帰りいただけます。
さらに、上野原の町を散策し、地元ならではの食文化や里山の風景を楽しみながら、東京では味わえないゆったりとした時間を過ごしましょう。
これは単なる焙煎体験ではありません。
コーヒーをきっかけに、日本のローカルな暮らしや文化、人とのつながりを楽しむ一日です。
