Join us for our book club reading and discussing cognitive science related books. We're working our way through Marsha Linehan's DBT Skills Training Manual Second Edition.
We'll be discussing chapter 9 along with the associated handouts and worksheets on emotion regulation skills.

You only need to join the server once. Once you are on the server, you won't need any link to join future discussions.
To join a discussion, you will have to join the Meetup voice channel on our server at the appropriate times.
