Coinscrum {Presents} : w/ Edge Secure's Paul Puey - Safeguarding Your Crypto
SAFEGUARDING YOUR CRYPTO At our next edition of Coinscrum {Presents} we welcome Paul Puey, CEO and founder of the leading crypto wallet application, Edge Secure. As crypto-based assets continue to flow into the digital wallets of a growing number of enthusiasts and investors, the long-standing issue of security and key management becomes ever more pressing. Paul is a long standing and high profile innovator in the space and will be here to explain Edge's key features as well as giving HODLers, both new and old, some clear insight into what you need to be doing to ensure your assets are safe yet accessible. ABOUT PAUL Paul is a proud Electrical Engineering and Computer Science graduate of UC Berkeley with a wide range of technical skills from low-level 3D graphics systems engineering to development of custom web CMS systems, back before people knew what a CMS was. He held a lead engineering position with Nvidia and significantly contributed to the design of highly cross platform software architecture enabling code-reuse across multiple ASIC generations and across multiple operating systems. A stickler for proper architecture, he insists on projects being designed from the ground up for maintainability and scalability. ----- Doors open at 18:00hrs Presentations start at 18:30hrs Followed by networking over beer and pizza ----- With thanks to our group sponsors, eToro eToro is a global investment platform which offers stocks, indices, ETFs, currencies and cryptocurrencies to over 9 million clients. What we're about

    Public Group

Coinscrum started life as a very small Bitcoin meetup group in a pub in Paddington in 2012.

Since then we've had the pleasure of welcoming some of the most innovative thought leaders and builders in the blockchain space through our doors over the years.

Our events have always been free and always focussed on the cutting edge.

We attract people from every walk of life and pride ourselves in being open to all - whether the hardest-core computer science geek or someone who's only just had their interest piqued by this fascinating subject and wants to find out more.

If it's your first time exploring this space, don't be daunted - we really are a welcoming bunch who will make you feel at ease and answer any question you can throw at us.

Some of our events are social with soap box presentations to spark conversation whilst some take a deeper dive.

Either way, dive in and join the party.
