Cold Cases & Coffee

This is our first meeting of the Cold Cases & Coffee Club – a small group (capped at 8 members) for people who enjoy talking about unsolved cases over coffee.
For the launch:
· We’ll do quick introductions and go over how the club works.
· We’ll discuss our first case (see below).
· The member who chose the case (I'll lead the first one) will bring a few discussion questions and help guide the conversation.
Pre‑meeting homework:
We’ll be discussing a New Jersey case...the unsolved murder of Jeannette DePalma. Please listen to "The Murder of Jeannette DePalma” (Parts 1 & 2) from Murder: True Crime Stories podcast (available on YouTube or Spotify, etc) before we meet.
*Note...there are many other articles/podcasts that cover this story but we will use this podcast as the center piece as it's recent, from May of 2026.
We’ll start around 3:00 pm and wrap up by 4:30 pm.
Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to get your coffee and find the group.
