What we’re about

Plunge in Lake Washington or Puget Sound with a group of other coldwater enthusiasts!

All are welcome! If you are new to coldwater immersion, we will help you get started.

Boost dopamine! Spike adrenaline! Destroy depression! Zap inflammation! Magnify your metabolism! Clear the mind! Build your tolerance for cold! All for free! Courage over comfort!

Bring:

  • A towel (or two)
  • Warm clothes for before and after
  • Water shoes or sandals (optional but helpful!)
  • Waterproof gloves (optional but helpful!)
  • A warm hat to wear while in the water (optional but helpful!)

Timing: We will get in the water 5 minutes after the start time. If you run late, you can join us when you arrive.

Courtesy note: If you RSVPed but cannot make it, please update your status to "Not Going", or message the event group letting us know. Thanks.
