Alki Cold Plunge - 9am

Join us for a plunge at Alki. All are welcome! If you are new to coldwater immersion, we will help you get started.

Meet: At the Statue of Liberty replica, which is across from Alki Cafe. SEE THE MAP ON THIS PAGE.

Bring:

• A towel (or two)

• Warm clothes for before and after

• Water shoes or sandals (optional but helpful!)

• Waterproof gloves (optional but helpful!)

• A warm hat to wear while in the water (optional but helpful!)

Timing: We will get in the water 5 minutes after the start time. If you run late, you can join us when you arrive.
