McNears Beach/China Camp Beach and State park loop 10.7 miles: Social Afterwards

Please join Colin and Ed on this beautiful 10.7 mile loop trail in China Camp State Park.

We will start from the McNears Beach parking lot (free parking) Our journey will take us to China Camp Beach (we will hike to the end of the pier), then hike through China Camp camp ground, followed by a large loop back to McNears Beach.

We will have lunch around 12-12:30pm, the location to be determined.

You have the option of joining us for a beer/wine and food at the Range Cafe Bar and Grill near the driving range that is open to the public. It is located about 1/2 mile from McNears Beach at the Peacock Gap Golf Club.

There are bathrooms and water at McNears Beach and China Camp Beach.

This hike is for intermediate to advanced hikers. We hike at about 2.5 miles per hour.

There are options for you to shorten the hike if you have your Alltrails app on your phone to guide you.

We look forward to hiking with you again or meeting you the first time.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. We will circle up at 9:30am and start hiking immediately afterwards.

Note- The state charges a hiking fee of $3, Unless you have a State Park Pass. I know weird. Free parking, but you pay to hike. There are signs with QR codes so you can pay with your credit card. Or you can go rogue and hope you don't get caught.
