Oakland Mastering Claude Code for Developers

We are getting together in Oakland to dive into Claude Code, the new command-line tool for building and refactoring software. This session is designed for developers who are curious about how to integrate AI agents into their local workflows and want to move beyond basic chat interfaces. We will walk through the setup process, discuss best practices for managing context, and explore how to use the tool to handle repetitive coding tasks more efficiently.

This meetup is a collaborative space, so expect a mix of hands-on practice and open discussion. Whether you are already experimenting with Claude Code or are just starting to look into AI-assisted development, you will have plenty of time to work through the setup, ask questions, and share what you have learned with others in the room. Please bring your laptop and an active API key if you would like to code along in real time.
