Collective Healing Group w/ “The Courageous Heart Workbook”

This group will meet up bi-monthly in various open spaces in Marin County to read, write, share, listen, and meditate together following “the courageous heart workbook - choosing to love in perilous times”, by Tara Brach, PhD.
This workbook is an interactive guide to awaken courage and cultivate radical love for yourself and for our world.
Please look into Tara Brach’s work if you are not familiar.
The goal of the group is to create a sense of connection and community among people who share the value of spiritual growth, time with nature, resilience, love and peace.
The bi-monthly meetings will be at different open space parks throughout Marin County, for about 1.5-2 hrs. We will sit together as a group, go over a section of the workbook, meditate, share, listen, and take a short walk, but not necessarily in that order.
