What we’re about
This group is for women in a meaningful season of transition.
We are college moms — soon-to-be or newly empty nesters who have poured our hearts into our families and are now turning toward the question:
Who am I becoming now?
We value family.
We cherish long-term partnerships and marriages.
And we are ready to reconnect with our own identities, friendships, passions, and sense of possibility — without leaving any of that behind.
College Moms of Boulder is a local, in-person community for women who:
• Have children in college or preparing to leave home
• Are in long-term, committed partnerships
• Prioritize family while also prioritizing personal growth
• Are navigating identity reinvention after active mothering
• Want real friendship with women in the same life stage
Our gatherings are designed to be warm, intentional, and real — think coffee walks, meaningful conversation, reflection, laughter, and honest connection with women who understand this moment of life.
This group is founded and facilitated by Catherine Weiss, Amazon bestselling author of The Present Mother, an Oprah’s Circle–endorsed book exploring presence, connection, and conscious motherhood. This community is a natural extension of that work — focused on the next chapter of womanhood after children leave the nest.
We believe:
• Motherhood changes us — it doesn’t define or limit us
• Midlife is an invitation to expansion, not contraction
• Friendship at this stage should feel nourishing, supportive, and energizing
If you’re a college mom who loves her family and feels ready to explore what’s next for herself with a group of funloving, like-minded women in the Boulder/Denver area, you’re warmly welcome here.
