Hello, everyone. As an introvert, I am both nervous and thrilled to see how many of you share my tendency toward introversion. I will be hosting a few upcoming meetings to explore what it means to be an introvert, connect with others, and build meaningful relationships. We will work on communication, share tips for overcoming anxiety, and discuss how to manage introversion in a world of extroverted activities without becoming overwhelmed.

For our next event, let's pick up right where Jim left off.

Join us for a healthy, casual dinner and some meaningful conversation at Taziki's Mediterranean Café. We will plan for about an hour and a half, but feel free to stay as long as you'd like.

Taziki's is conveniently located off I-25 at Hampden, in the group of shops between the Veranda Apartments and Starbucks. Parking is available from both Hampden Avenue and Locust Street, with spaces located in front of and behind the building. Look for us at the long table near the middle of the seating area.

Discussion Topics: At what point did you realize that you identify as an introvert, and how has it affected your daily life?

An introverted version of "Would You Rather?" We will pull cards and discuss topics that reflect common introverted personality tendencies. For example, would you rather give an hour-long presentation to a room full of internet trolls, or share deeply personal life details with a group of family members?

The meeting will be capped at 9 people to ensure a more relaxed and quiet environment.

Why Taziki's?

Taziki's offers healthy, fast-casual dining with minimal interaction with restaurant staff. You order and pay when you enter, then receive a numbered marker to take to your table. The staff brings your order to you when it is ready. Because it is a fast-casual restaurant, there are no waitstaff repeatedly checking in on you while you eat or pressuring you when you are finished.

| Taziki's features a Mediterranean-inspired menu that includes gyros, sandwiches, salads, soups, and other options. The restaurant also tends to have a lower noise level than many other dining establishments, making it a comfortable setting for conversation and connection. |
