What we’re about
Our Support Group is focused on the work of Dr. Craig Childress and Attachment Based-Parental Alienation. This work is focused on using the current DSM-5 to diagnose and treat Parental Alienation Syndrome.
Parental alienation syndrome involves the “programming” of a child by one parent to denigrate the other “targeted” parent, in an effort to undermine and interfere with the child's relationship with that parent.
We are Colorado targeted parents, spouses, and grandparents. We come together monthly for support of one another and education about AB-PA Parental Alienation and how to respond to it. We choose empathy and understanding over anger and rage. We welcome Colorado AB-PA survivors to our meet-up!
