AI-Powered Product Management: From Idea to Launch
Details
Most PMs use AI for scattered tasks — a summary here, a draft there. This workshop shows what it looks like to use AI as a working partner across the entire product lifecycle, from the first signal of a customer problem to the dashboard that tells you whether you solved it.
Drawing on real workflows from day-to-day PM work at Stripe, this session walks through how AI (specifically Claude) fits into each stage of taking a product from idea to launch — not as a novelty, but as a genuine part of the operating rhythm.
Who This Is For:
PMs at any level who are curious about moving beyond one-off AI use cases (writing a PRD, summarizing a doc) toward a more integrated way of working. No technical background required.
What We'll Cover:
1. Problem Discovery
Using AI to analyze qualitative customer feedback at scale and spot patterns in quantitative data — turning a pile of support tickets, sales calls, and survey responses into a clear view of the actual problem.
2. Ideation & Prototyping
Generating and stress-testing solution concepts, then using AI-built prototypes to make ideas tangible fast — for both internal alignment and early user testing, well before engineering is involved.
3. Planning the Build
Using AI to help structure and manage a build plan — breaking down scope, thinking through sequencing, and keeping a project's moving pieces organized.
4. Design Experiments
Running structured experiments (A/B tests, design comparisons) with AI as a thought partner — from experiment design to interpreting results.
5. Measuring & Iterating
Building dashboards and success metrics with AI, and using it to close the loop — turning post-launch data back into the next round of discovery.
Format:
A mix of walkthrough and live demo — seeing real (anonymized/sanitized) examples of prompts, workflows, and outputs at each stage, with time for Q&A throughout.
What Attendees Will Leave With:
- A mental model for where AI fits across the PM workflow, not just as a writing tool
- Concrete, adaptable workflows/prompts they can try in their own work
- A realistic sense of where AI helps most — and where it doesn't
