Immerse yourself in two days and one night of pure bliss amidst breathtaking mountain vistas and the healing embrace of natural mineral waters.
Day 1 Schedule:
11:00 AM: Meet at Mount Princeton Resort Spa in Buena Vista. We meet at the main Spa/Club area which has access to swimming pool
11:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Enjoy a full day of access to the soothing warmth of natural mineral hot springs, luxurious jacuzzies, and pools, all surrounded by the stunning beauty of the Colorado Rockies. This $45 value Day Pass is included.
3:00 PM: Head to our cozy log cabin, 4-bedroom home base, to rest and relax before dinner
5:30 PM: Dinner: As the sun sets, venture out to explore the vibrant culinary scene in Buena Vista, where local dining options promise to delight your taste buds (dinner costs not included).
Day 2 Schedule:
8.00AM Complimentary Breakfast at the home base cabin.
9.00AM Group Hypnotherapy Session for Stress Relief: Participate in a transformative group session aimed at promoting relaxation and stress relief, helping everyone to unwind and rejuvenate. This session is led by me, a certified clinical hypnotherapist and life and wellness coach. Normally valued at $150 per person, this enriching experience is included at no additional cost.
11:00 AM: Head back to the spa for a second day of relaxation. For those who wish to join the second spa day, please note that you will need to purchase your own day spa pass for $45
Feel free to bring along your favorite snacks, beverages, or any additional treats to enhance your stay. This retreat is your sanctuary—a chance to unwind, reconnect with nature, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. It's also an opportunity to connect with others, forge new friendships, and share memorable experiences in a supportive and welcoming environment. Lodging at the home base log cabin is provided at no additional charge to participants as guests of the retreat facilitator. Rooms may be shared depending on group size and room setup.
