Sunday Morning - Cook Park:

All things hitting and setting!

Approach, arm swing, timing, accuracy - explosiveness; we'll be working on all these in this 90 minute exhilarating training session.

All levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. Intermediate to advanced players will practice swing technique for power and shot placement while beginners attempt to keep up with repetition and participation.

Plenty of games and hook in-between.
