The HITTING CLINIC is back!

If you want to learn how to spike a volleyball, or... you just need some reps with a few pointers, or ...you're just bored with nothing to do - this practice is for you 😎!

This hitting masterclass will include a series of beginning to advanced drills, scrimmaging, and fun games in between.

Approach, arm swing, timing, accuracy - explosiveness; we'll work on it all in this 90 minute exhilarating training session.
