Note: This meditation group is open to anyone, including those who are new to meditation as well as experienced meditators. No religious or spiritual affiliation is required.
Mindfulness meditation is helpful for those seeking to:
• Find an inner calmness amidst the busy-ness of daily life
• Connect with a radiating joy-filled spirit within
• Feel balanced and grounded instead of chaotic and scattered
• Meet with other like-minded people on a spiritual or inner peace path
What to bring
Yoga mat or blanket to sit on
*For those needing back support, chairs will be available.
Format for group
The first 15 minutes will be a guided meditation and the remaining 20-30 minutes, we will sit in silence
