About us
Welcome to The Colors of Being, a community that empowers people to discover their creativity and helps them find sustainable ways to thrive as individuals and as a collective - by creating spaces where their full expression can emerge. This group is about connecting to each other at a human level and exploring who we are—emotionally, mentally, and creatively
🌿 What this group is about
We create spaces where people can slow down, reflect, and grow. Through guided experiences, conversations, and creative practices, we explore themes like creativity, sustainability, self-awareness, identity, and personal development.

LEGO Future Visions (english)
VÄRT, Textilgatan 12,, Göteborg, SEWelcome to a creative gathering where we gather around large piles of LEGO to build both future visions and friendships. Maybe it will even result in some concrete action plan – together with new people.
It doesn't matter if you are a master builder or haven't touched a LEGO piece since childhood - here everyone will create exciting models. It is YOU who carries the knowledge, ideas and power of action; LEGO is just a tool to visualise it all.SIGN UP HERE: LEGO FUTURE VISIONS | Samklang
#### How does it work?
Jonaz is an experienced facilitator of playfulness in organizations, specialized in the workshop method called LEGO Serious Play. Jonaz will guide the participants through a couple of light hearted exercises that help you express yourself and explore your personal visions for the future. This is the perfect way to meet new friends in a relaxed environment where the focus is on creativity rather than performance.
No prior knowledge is required – just an open mind!
Come as you are, go home with new acquaintances - and maybe with a little nostalgic joy in your body.
This event is hosted at Colours of Being as part of their community-driven shared-economy framework for sustainable expression of creativity.

Forest Bathing (Skogsbad) with Laurence Nachin
Änggårdsvallens Parkering, Änggårdsvallens Parkering, Västra Eklanda Höjd, Göteborg, SEThe forest is a living organism, providing an open space to connect with the world around you. Open up your senses and step out of the rush — into the green, nourishing world of the forest.
Forest Bathing (Skogsbad in Swedish) is a practice of immersing yourself in the atmosphere of nature. Through a series of gentle invitations, you let the forest do what it does best: bring you back to the present moment.
Laurence brings a unique perspective to this experience. As a certified nature and forest therapy guide AND a biologist, she opens up a world of microorganisms and molecules that are quietly, constantly working for our wellbeing — and invites you to feel that, not just understand it.SIGN UP HERE: Forest Bathing (Skogsbad) with Laurence Nachin | 21/05 — Colours Of Being
#### WHAT TO EXPECT
We'll meet at the starting point, walk a short distance together, and then Laurence will introduce the practice — what it is, why it works, and what your time together will look like.
From there, the experience unfolds through a series of open invitations. You're never told how to do something — you're simply invited to explore with your senses: what do you see, hear, smell, feel?
Establish a connection with the world around you. Let yourself be embraced by nature and notice your senses engage differently.
Throughout the experience, individual wandering weaves together with shared moments of reflection in circle.
You close with a tea ceremony — a moment to gather, share what arose, and let the experience land. This is also an opportunity to eat a sandwich or snack you can bring for yourself as we are aware that the experience is ending close to dinner time.
Duration: approximately 2 hours, from 5.30 pm - 7.30 pm#### WHY FOREST BATHING?
The benefits are well-documented:
- Cortisol (stress hormone) levels drop measurably
- Trees release phytoncides — airborne molecules that boost our immune system
- Soil bacteria have been linked to improved mood
- Time in nature increases our capacity for social connection
It's biology.
#### ABOUT LAURENCE
