YOGA... with CATS & KITTENS!

**Enjoy a traditional yogic experience, provided by Joy Lawrence of Pure Joy Massage & Yoga and assisted by friendly felines.

Please be sure to bring a yoga mat and water, and wear comfortable clothing. Herbal tea and snacks provided.

This class is a beginner/moderate level session with furry felines to make the practice even more fun. They love yoga!

The cost for this session is a suggested donation of $10. All proceeds benefit Central Ohio's Programs for Animal Welfare.

Please feel free to stay after our Yoga with Cats to enjoy the kitty company!
We appreciate all the socialization they get from people, since it makes it a gentler transition when they find their fur-ever homes.
