Here will be sitting down with HR leader to dig into the full employee lifecycle between HR and IT. Who really owns the joiner, mover, leaver process, where access gaps tend to slip through and what HR's traditional role looks like when it comes to defining jobs and responsibilities. Will also get into how HR and IT collaborate, or not on role based access control and what she is seeing day to day that can help all of us do this better.
