Discount Tuesday: JULIET & ROMEO at Marcus Crosswoods! **NEW LOCATION**

CMG loves musicals, so don't miss joining us as we get together for a Discount Tuesday showing of a new, original musical take on the Shakespeare classic: JULIET & ROMEO! The film is based on Shakespeare’s original love story and is set as an original pop musical. Here are details, a trailer and our plan for this event:

DESCRIPTION: Set in 1301 at the end of Medieval times, the film finds our most famous star-crossed lovers turning the tides on history. But, the biggest twist in this most beloved of tales, is leaving the poetry in the past for the original Pop Music that rockets our story and the heart of our characters into the present! The film is written/directed by Timothy Scott Bogart, adapted from William Shakespeare’s play Romeo and Juliet, and features original music by E. Kidd Bogart. It stars Clara Rugaard & Jamie Ward as Juliet & Romeo, plus Rebel Wilson, Rupert Everett, Jason Isaacs, Rupert Graves, Dan Fogler, and Derek Jacobi.

EARLY BUZZ: This new version is a full-on pop musical, featuring lots of new songs and ton of dancing and plenty of romantic pining and more. MovieWeb describes it as a "stunning reimagining" of the beloved story, with a "breathtaking world," "powerful music," and "deep emotion!"
