Disc Tues Pick 'em: PRACTICAL MAGIC 2 vs BY ANY MEANS at Cinemark Stoneridge!

Join us for a Discount Tuesday / Choose Your Movie event to see your choice of a pair of great new films! Option 1 is BY ANY MEANS, a historical crime drama starring Mark Wahlberg and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Nicole Beharie, David Strathairn and Giancarlo Esposito. Option 2 is PRACTICAL MAGIC 2, a light and fun follow-up to the 1998 original starring Sandra Bullock, Nicole Kidman, Dianne Wiest, Stockard Channing and Joey King. BY ANY MEANS: The film is based on a true story and follows notorious mafia hitman and a young Black FBI agent who team up to investigate the murders of civil rights leaders in 1966 Mississippi. The film is directed by Elegance Bratton and stars Mark Wahlberg, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Nicole Beharie, Ethan Embry, David Strathairn and Giancarlo Esposito. PRACTICAL MAGIC 2: This romantic-fantasy follows a family of witches, cursed to be loveless for centuries, as they attempt to break the spell. It is directed by Susanne Bier and is based on the 2021 novel The Book of Magic by Alice Hoffman. The film stars returning cast members Sandra Bullock, Nicole Kidman, Dianne Wiest, and Stockard Channing, along with Joey King, Lee Pace and Maisie Williams. PLAN: We’ll plan for 7pm-ish showings of both films and both groups will meet in the lobby area about 30 minutes before showtime! Once showtimes are confirmed, advance ticket purchase is advised.
