30 Year Old Tea Tasting & Japanese Curry

This is an event I've been preparing for for a bit now. This event is very unique as the focused teas will be from 1989. This is my birth year so this event for myself is quite special; and the day after I turn 30 so I've invested in some special sessions. The teas are also rather costly so I'm asking for $10 for the event. To give an example: Raw puerh tea from 1989 can range from $17 per gram and up. Through connections in Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, and here, I've acquired a few for this event and would love to invite you all. This event is also being open to those in the tea community that are not on Meetup though I am trying to encourage those to join here.

While there is a set list of 1989 teas, at a certain point we will probably be rather tea drunk and I'll end up pulling out personal favorites.

I will be making golden Japanese curry for lunch with plans to keep it vegetarian and non-spicy since we will be drinking tea :) If anyone would like to make/bring light desserts feel free!
