KIND MEALS ~ Providing vegan food to community the 3rd Saturday every month!

Kind Meals is a nonprofit local group providing free vegan meals the 3rd Saturday of every month on the corner of Parsons Ave & E. Gates St. We also provide free gently used clothing and household items to anyone who needs them.

Join us by making donations in the form of vegan food or items for the free community store. We are always collecting vegan canned food items like beans and tomatoes and bags of rice, for Star House and other community support facilities too. Let us know if you are interested in helping with Kind Meals and we would love to have you be a part of our group. If you can't help out with Kind Meals on 3/19, please join us whenever you can. We will be posting the vegan food we will be serving each month at least a few weeks prior to us getting together. Thanks!

This month we will be serving up vegan Irish stew, farro/barley, green beans, soda bread and dessert. If you enjoy preparing vegan meals, we can always use an extra dish.
