Vegan Bilingual Children's Book Launch & Animal Rights Meetup
Join authors Goose and Silvia Rodriguez for the launch of their new bilingual children's book, Someone, Not Something. This heartwarming book is a perfect holiday gift for vegan children looking to reinforce their values, for the "vegan-curious" in your life, or as a gentle hint to family members about the wonderful world of animals.
Event Highlights:

  • Guest Speakers: Learn about the vital work of local and national animal rights organizations, including Humane World, We The Free, Anonymous For The Voiceless, PETA, Columbus Vegan Meetup, Kind Meals, and Columbus Animal Advocates (CAA). Each group will share their values, objectives, and methods, helping you find the cause that aligns with your passion.
  • Meet & Mingle: Connect with other vegans and animal rights advocates in the community.
  • Fundraiser: All book sales, including printing costs, will be donated directly to Refugio Sacramento, a no-kill street dog rescue in Chihuahua, Mexico. Learn more about their mission here: https://www.instagram.com/refugiosacramento/?hl=en
