Join Columbus Animal Advocates and Columbus City Council to celebrate Columbus’s endorsement of the Plant Based Treaty!
The Plant Based Treaty is an international grassroots initiative designed to complement the Paris Agreement by addressing the climate impact of our food system. It calls for a transition toward plant-based food systems, protecting ecosystems, and ending the expansion of animal agriculture.
This endorsement represents an important step toward climate justice, environmental protection, and animal rights. By recognizing the connection between animal agriculture, climate change, and animal exploitation, Columbus is helping build a more compassionate and sustainable future.
