Let's go back to Ringwood Botanical Garden (Not be confused with Ringwood Manor) for a 1.8 mile self guided, garden tour, followed by a 5 mile hike past Shepard's Lake. Join us for one or both. We should arrive by 11 to 11:15 and park in lots A,B or C and walk on your own to the pin at the Winter Garden (14) across from the visitor center (see map). Then we will start the event promptly at 11:30AM and begin the tour of the Gardens together.
Afterwards, we will grab lunch if interested.
Total length = 6.75 miles
Total Elevation Gain = 676 ft.
Pace= 2 to 2 3 mph
Difficulty = Garden walk Easy, Hike moderately challenging
Bring water, bug spray, sunscreen. Hiking boots required, poles optional.
