In a time of deep polarization, we seek to find our "common grounds" where we can come together, listen with empathy, and reconnect with what makes us whole. Through storytelling, lived experiences, and moments of stillness, even just sitting together under a tree in quiet reflection, we nurture collective wellness and remind each other that we’re not alone. This is a space to breathe, to be, and to belong.

We honour the fullness of who you are: your joys, struggles, and story. There's no need to perform or perfect here. Your presence is enough.

2. Listen with Curiosity, Not Judgment
We practice deep, active listening. We don't interrupt, fix, or assume; we make space to hear and understand each other truly.

3. Speak from the Heart
We share from our own lived experiences using “I” statements. We speak truthfully, vulnerably, and with care.

4. Embrace Differences
We celebrate diverse identities, perspectives, and beliefs. We welcome respectful disagreement as an opportunity to grow together.

5. Confidentiality is Sacred
What’s shared here stays here. We honour each other’s privacy and the bravery it takes to open up.

6. Make Room for All Voices
We are mindful of how much space we take. We invite quieter voices forward and make sure everyone has a chance to be seen and heard.

We believe in each other’s goodness. When harm happens, we hold space for accountability and repair with compassion.
