About us
A gentle space for connection, reflection, and shared understanding
Growing up in a family marked by criticism, control, emotional unpredictability, or painful dynamics can leave deep marks. Many adults carry these experiences quietly, often feeling isolated or misunderstood. This group is a place to come together with others who “get it.”
This circle is for adults who are navigating complicated, painful, or distant relationships with one or both parents. You’re welcome to join us exactly as you are.
In our gatherings, we:
• Share experiences at our own pace
• Listen with care and without judgement
• Connect with others who have lived through similar dynamics
• Explore how our upbringing shaped our adult lives
• Build a sense of community and reduce isolation
• Support one another during challenging or triggering times
This is a warm, grounded space held with structure and gentleness.
Everyone is free to participate in the way that feels right for them.
