Merry Met!
For over 20 years Community Seed has been providing the local Santa Cruz pagan community with opportunities to create closer bonds of perfect love and perfect trust.
We do not have or need any kind of formal membership so just show up and introduce yourself! All of our events are open to the public. Most are suitable for all ages.
Our gatherings include:
- monthly circles, open to all (this is the best way to meet new folks in a low pressure environment)
- four cross-quarter public Sabbats (Imbolc, Beltaine, Lughnasadh, and Samhain)
- Semi-annual picnics, monthly earth-energy walks, and a whole host of other random witchy fun as we see fit.

All Community Seed events are "clean and sober" - no drugs or alcohol. No pets or photography please.
We are a 501c3 Spiritual non-profit. All events are on a 'Suggested Donation' basis, and NO ONE is turned away for lack of funds.
We welcome all to take part in our celebrations; you do not have to identify yourself as a pagan to participate.

All Community Seed ritual events are clean and sober. NO Pets and NO Photography please.
Suggested donation is $10 - $25 to help pay for the ritual space. We accept cash, PayPal and credit cards. Nobody turned away due to lack of funds.

Earth Energy Walk - Fall Creek (from Felton Empire)

Click here for complete details.The Santa Cruz Classic - a refreshing walk along the creekside of Fall Creek. Fall Creek is the northern area of Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park. One of the park’s best kept secrets, it is 2,390 acres – the entire watershed of Fall Creek – and has about 20 miles of hiking trails. Most of these trails follow old wagon and logging roads that once led to busy industrial sites.
We'll be using the main entrance this time.
Directions
Parking is free! From Highway 17, take the Scotts Valley/Mount Hermon Rd exit. Continue on Mt. Hermon Road for 3.8 miles. Turn right onto Graham Hill Road. Continuing past Highway 9, the road now becomes Felton-Empire Grade. Go about 1/2 mile and turn right into the parking lot. Caution, it is very easy to miss this turn.Bring water and a snack to share. Masks are encouraged, but not mandatory.
We walk in silence on the way in - doing so brings Nature so much closer to us, as we take in not only the sights, but the sounds and even smells of a nice country walk.
At a turnaround spot we will rest and share food.
Then we gab like magpies all the way back. It's always a great time.
