Spend unhurried time observing the rescued horses, learning about their stories, and soaking in the peaceful energy of the herd as the day begins.

Step into the pasture and experience the profound magic of simply being in the presence of horses.

We’ll begin with a “dropping in” exercise in the pasture, followed by sharing territory with the horses — learning about them, from them, and discovering the story of Beyond Liberty — what inspires our work and how we’re creating space for connection, community, and well-being.

This class is part of our community wellness and educational programming. BEYOND Liberty is a nonprofit 501(c)3 horse sanctuary and equine education & wellness center.

Wear closed toe shoes. Dress in layers.

Offered in the calming presence of free-roaming horses, this class invites you to return to your breath 🌿 and settle into stillness for nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and embodied awareness. The horses are free to engage or simply hold space from a distance.

Weather and conditions permitting, we’ll include a silent walking meditation—please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes that can get dirty.

No experience necessary. Just bring your breath and an open heart 💛.
