Agenda for Each Class

• Welcome & Settling In – Gentle arrival, introductions, and orientation in the pasture.
• HeartMath® Teaching – Learn a new technique to build resilience and regulate your nervous system.
• Application – Apply the technique in the presence of free-roaming horses, observing their natural responses.
• Reflection & Sharing – Group discussion, journaling, or quiet time to integrate the experience.
• Closing – Wrap-up, questions, and a preview of next week’s focus.

By the end of the six weeks, you’ll have a toolkit of practical skills to reduce stress, increase calm, and strengthen heart–brain harmony—practices you can use anytime, anywhere.
