Step into a restorative morning created especially for those who hold space for others. In the calming presence of horses at liberty, this group Reiki circle invites you to reconnect with breath, body, and spirit.
Together, we’ll share grounding practices, gentle hands-on Reiki, and collective reflection in a supportive circle.

Facilitator: Vickie Tugwell
Certified Mindfulness Instructor, Body Positive Facilitator, Yoga12SR Instructor, Massage Therapist, Intuitive Healer, and Animal Osteopath, Vickie integrates her extensive training with her own lived experience to offer a compassionate, multifaceted approach to recovery and wellness.
