Please join us to celebrate on Sunday, September 28th from 4:30PM - 6:00PM for a healing breath ceremony led by Caty Wirth Shelton of Mystic at Sweat Equity. This method of somatic breathwork is a powerful practice for processing and releasing stored emotions and moving stuck energy.
As we gather together, you will be guided through a grounding opening of intention, an active healing breath meditation, and follow with a group integration. You will leave feeling a sense of relief and optimism for the future as well as support from our healing community.
Please bring a yoga mat, journal, a blanket, an eye mask, and anything else to help you feel comfortable. Registration link below.
