This group is a welcoming space for community-based yoga, mindful movement, and connection in San Diego.

Our gatherings focus on intentional movement, breath awareness, and music-driven practice, offering both energizing vinyasa flows and gentle, restorative classes with guided relaxation. Classes are designed to be accessible and supportive for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice.

The intention of this group is to create a space where we can move, slow down, build strength, rest, and reconnect—both with ourselves and with one another. Practices may feel playful, grounding, meditative, or expressive, depending on the class.
