Now that the college students have mostly left town, let's venture downtown to sample a whisky and wine bar. We will ride over to Magnolia's Whisky and Wine Bar at the corner of 10th & Cherry Streets downtown Columbia. Per their website, the location is the historic Niedermeyer building, across from Harpo's. It is "an adventurous drinking lounge with a curated spirit selection." Along with small plates, they offer whisky, wine, beer and cocktails. I would think they offer soda or non-ETOH drinks as well.
So come join us to check out a newer place in town. Bring your locks to lock your bikes up during our visit there.
