Bike history event @ library

Per the library posting, learn about the "Iron Riders" who rode more than 1900 miles in 1897 from Montana to St. Louis. This was a US Army experiment to determine the effectiveness of moving troops by bicycle. Historian, Kevin Smith with Missouri State Parks , will be the presenter.
This event is open to the public. I am merely notifying our members of this event. I may or may not attend.
