Watermelon Ride

We will meet at the Forum MKT Trailhead, 2701 Forum Blvd., at 6 PM. The ride is approximately 13 miles long and helmets are highly recommended. We’ll take the MKT trail to Elm St., meander through MU Campus to the Hinkson Creek Trail and climb the Greenbriar Connector switchbacks. We will join traffic on Bethel and Nifong to the traffic circle at Sinclair and head north. We will proceed to George’s back porch for a short break to enjoy fresh watermelon slices. Then we bike through the Grand Oaks, Mill Creek Crossing, and Country Woods neighborhoods, testing your sense of direction as we take five consecutive right hand turns to return to the MKT and starting point. No one is left behind. Someone will be dropped at every turn to make sure we all stay together!
