Workshop Wednesdays
Computer Deconstruction Laboratory, 2201 Marconi Road, Building 9059, Wall, NJ, USWorkshop Wednesdays
Do you have a project that requires more concentrated time like a long 3D print, or just want to work with minimal interruptions or you can’t make Soldering Sundays or Microcontroller Mondays, then join us on Workshop Wednesdays.
While the primary goal is to support the InfoAge Museum during its hours on Wednesdays, by providing tours of our Lab and our professional Podcast Studio, we will be open for members to work on their projects.
Just like the other days/nights we are open, we support all members no matter their skill set.
CDL Lab Resources: Available for lab use- We have numerous Arduino shields and various displays to experiment with, Arduinos, Raspberry Pi, 3D-printer, CNC machine (undergoing refurbishment) plus, a well-equipped electronics lab.
Beginners welcome: Even if you've never used a microcontroller before, come on in! You can use one from the lab and we'll help set you up with some starter projects.
Our Goal is to teach you the skills that you need to do your own projects.
We teach classes on topics of interest to our members and the public.
BRING: If you have your own laptop, bring it. If you have your own Arduino or other microcontroller to work on, bring it too.
If you do not have a laptop or a microcontroller, that’s OK! Just please state so in your RSVP so We can be sure to have one available for you from our lab.
