- How to break hesitation and social anxiety at the root level
- How shadow work (inner work - guided deep meditation) removes unconscious blocks to connection
- How to connect freely — without overthinking or chasing
We begin with grounding + shadow work - After the session, there will be an option to talk 1-1 to plan a private session to really break through.
Sometimes it will be interactive - other times, if we are too many, you can comment in the chat and have an option to talk at the end of the session - See break up room section down below.

This is simply a chance to briefly talk about your experience, ask a question, or share what came up for you during the workshop.
